GENERAL HEALTH PRECAUTIONS*
- By ticking this box, I agree to not send my child to the Bandwagon if they have any symptoms of any illness whatsoever including common cold symptoms, stomach issues, etc. (This policy was adopted in order to safeguard the health of both staff and the students. This will be the policy from now on and will be a pre-requisite of any teaching. This must be agreed to before lessons commence.)
DAMAGE LIABILITY*
- I understand that I may be liable for any damages due to my child(-ren)'s negligence or irresponsible behaviour.
CONDUCT*
- I understand that persistent misuse of equipment, poor behaviour, refusal to follow instructions or general non compliance with any Bandwagon protocols from my child may lead to the termination of my contract without the option of a refund
